The correct information must be provided with a clear, official, and recent reference (maximum two years old) in English or Arabic from accredited sources.

Acceptable topics for the contest:

  • Confirmed drug interactions.

Topics that are not accepted in the competition:

  • General medical advice that is subject to discretion or differing opinions.
  • Minor differences in the wording of the answer with no actual impact on the meaning or user safety.
  • Information subject to updates or geographic/regional variations.
Participation mechanism
  • A clear image of Pharma Pal AI's incorrect answer.
  • Link to the correct information with mention of the page or exact reference.
  • Explain the error clearly and specifically.
Evaluation mechanism

Answers are evaluated by a specialized scientific committee (Pharma Pal AI team) within a period not exceeding one week from the date of submission.

Repeated participation

Each user is allowed to submit up to 3 correct entries during the contest period.
No requests will be accepted after the maximum number of attempts has been used up.

Error acceptance status

The winner will be awarded $300 within 14 business days.
If there is more than one request for the same error, only the first request will be accepted.
Important note: If the official source itself is incorrect, Pharma Pal AI is exempt from liability.
