By registering or using any of Pharma Pal AI'sservices ,you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

2. Eligibility for Use

The service is primarily intended for healthcare professionals (pharmacists, physicians, medical students). By using the site, you acknowledge that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity.
• Any information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.

3. Permitted Use

Permission to use the site is granted solely for legitimate professional, educational, and research purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of local or international laws.
• Attempting to decrypt, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software or algorithms used.
• Using automated tools (Bots) to collect data or access the service without permission.
• Sharing your personal account (especially paid packages) with other people outside the scope of the license granted.

4. Accuracy of information and responsibility

We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided through our models trained on global references (FDA, EMA), but:

• Artificial intelligence may make mistakes (hallucinations), although these are rare. Sensitive information (such as lethal doses) should always be verified from primary sources.
• We assume no legal or civil liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or reliance on the information provided.

5. Subscriptions and payments

If you subscribe to paid packages (Pro/Elite):

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the control panel, and access to features will continue until the end of the paid period.
• Return policy: You have the right to request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription in the event of a technical malfunction that prevents you from using the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, code, and interface designs are the exclusive property of Pharma Pal AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the website may be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate any of these Terms of Use, or if we discover fraudulent activity associated with your account.

8. Amendments to the Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to keep pace with legal and technical developments. Amendments will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the amended terms.
